Tech Data, a leading global technology distributor, has announced a partnership with Schneider Electric, a global leader in energy management and automation. The goal of the partnership is to make net-zero data centers available to Tech Data’s clients, with a focus on boosting edge-to-cloud data and helping with real-time data-led decision-making.

Mark Tan, Tech Data’s VP and Country Manager, said the goal of the partnership is to drive businesses towards sustainability, as environmental issues are becoming increasingly concerning. Tech Data plans to heavily maximize the partnership with Schneider Electric, making use of their Green Premium Program to reduce the carbon footprint and use of energy.
