Monique Avila, Payoneer’s Director of All-Women Customer Success Department in Southeast Asia and Pakistan, expressed her excitement about the event, saying, “We are thrilled to drive an event showcasing women entrepreneurs who have been going up and beyond to succeed and become known in the outsourcing industry. The meetup will also be a great avenue for other women to tap into their potential as they aspire to be one of the leading entrepreneurs.”

The event will feature women leaders in the outsourcing industry, including Tonichi Achurra-Parekh, the Vice President of Concentrix, a top player in providing customer support and tech solutions. Gina Romero, the Co-Founder and CEO of Connected Women, a social tech startup providing opportunities, training, and development for Filipino women, will also be featured.

There will be a panel discussion led by Vanessa Janssen, CEO of an all-female company in Pampanga, Pamela Ann Baluyo, Founder and CEO of a BPO startup headquartered in Marikina, and Marge Aviso, Founder and CEO of Telework PH, a Bulacan-based firm.

Women teaching

With the shared tips and wisdom from the featured women leaders and the panel discussion, the Payoneer WOMENtrepreneurs Meetup is expected to be a valuable event for women in the outsourcing industry. It will provide an opportunity to network, learn from each other’s experiences, and be inspired to reach new heights in their careers.

With the industry growing rapidly, it is essential to empower women and provide them with the tools they need to succeed. The Payoneer WOMENtrepreneurs Meetup is an important step in that direction.
